How a fleet wash program works
- We look at your fleet and yard. Number of units, types, how dirty they get, where they park and when they're free.
- You get a quote within 24 hours. One per-unit price for each type of truck or trailer.
- We set the schedule. Daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, at the hours that suit you, including overnight.
- The same crew keeps coming back. The crew that learns your yard is the crew that washes it, so there's no re-explaining.
- One invoice. Billed per job or monthly for recurring fleets.
Two levels of wash
Standard: touchless wash plus necessary brushing. For fleets that stay fairly clean and just need to look fresh on the road. Foam pre-soak, high-pressure rinse, and brushing only on units that need it.
Full wash: touchless plus full hand brush. For fleets in dirty industries, or fleets that want to look exceptional. Everything in Standard, plus hand brushing on the cab, box and doors, and attention to steps, tanks, mirrors and glass. This is the one most fleets pick.
Add-ons: aluminum brightening, engine and chassis degreasing and trailer interior washouts.
Why fleets wash on a schedule
- Your trucks are your advertising. A clean fleet tells customers you're organized and reliable.
- Salt and grime cost money. Road salt corrodes frames, brake components, air lines and aluminum. Regular washing slows that damage, especially in winter.
- Inspections go smoother. A clean truck makes leaks, cracks and damage easier to spot on a walk-around, and it makes a better impression at roadside inspections.
- Drivers take better care of clean trucks. It's simple, but true.

Questions
How often should we wash our fleet?
Most delivery and service fleets wash weekly or bi-weekly. Long-haul and dirty-industry fleets often go weekly, and many fleets increase frequency in winter because of road salt.
Can you wash our fleet overnight?
Yes. Overnight is the most common time we wash fleets, because the trucks are parked and the yard is quiet.
Do you invoice monthly?
Yes. Recurring fleets can be invoiced monthly; one-off jobs are invoiced per visit.
Can you provide insurance and WSIB documents?
Yes. We're fully insured and WSIB-covered, and can provide a certificate of insurance, WSIB clearance and safety data sheets on request.
