Trailer washing by Mobile Truck Wash in Ontario

Trailer washing, outside and inside

A dirty trailer is a moving billboard for the wrong message. Road film, diesel soot, black streaks down the sides and grime on the doors and rear frame build up fast, especially on white trailers. Our exterior trailer wash uses a foam pre-soak and hot-water high-pressure rinse, plus brushing when the trailer needs it, to bring the sides, nose, doors and undercarriage back.

Inside, we do trailer washouts: floors, walls and ceilings pressure-washed to remove debris, spills, dust and odours between loads. Reefer interiors that carry food benefit from regular washouts.

Trailers we wash

Built around your drop lot

We work through a trailer yard row by row. If trailers are moving in and out of doors all day, we start with the ones sitting on the drop lot and come back for the rest, or wash overnight when the yard is quiet. Large yards with hundreds of trailers can be split over several visits.

Add-ons for trailers

Trailer washing prices

Trailers are quoted per unit. Bigger counts and more frequent visits bring the per-trailer price down. There's a $350 minimum per visit. See typical numbers in the truck and trailer wash cost guide.

Questions

Can you wash trailers on our drop lot?

Yes. We wash trailers where they sit, row by row, and work around the ones moving in and out of the doors.

Do you wash the inside of trailers?

Yes. We do interior trailer washouts for dry vans and reefers, pressure-washing the floor, walls and ceiling.

How long does it take to wash a 53-foot trailer?

An exterior wash on a 53-foot trailer usually takes a crew 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how dirty it is and whether it needs brushing. Larger crews work several trailers at once.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, $350 per visit. Most yards reach that easily, and sharing a visit with nearby units is an option for small fleets.
